1. Service Nature
Our services involve time, expertise, and personalized consultation. As such, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been delivered, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

The scheduled consultation was canceled by us and no alternative date/time was provided.

A written service agreement explicitly allows for a refund under specific conditions.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations not aligned with agreed service scope.

4. Rescheduling Instead of Refund
If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:

We generally do not issue refunds. If you are unhappy with the results of your learning please contact us and we will work with you until the results are satisfactory. We may issue a credit in certain instances (for example SUGOU CONSULTING not initiated services refining digital marketing campaign.) Razor Pay Gateway and SBI / HDFC Payment Gateway, Stripe, Pay Pal or any gateway associated with SUGOU our payment processor, is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. They use an innovative and powerful technology that allows SUGOU SERVICES to accept payments via our website or over the phone without ever having to ‘handle’ sensitive card holder information.
